Fresh Green is the culmination of five years of collaboration with my tea farmer—a journey inspired by a serendipitous moment. One spring day, we left freshly picked leaves on the dashboard of the car as we traveled between farms. That evening, we brewed them, and the flavor was extraordinary: sweet, crisp, and full of life, as if it had bottled the very essence of spring.
Determined to recreate that magic, we developed a process inspired by white tea to preserve the leaves’ vibrant color and delicate, refreshing flavor.
