Café Online Ordering (via Toast)

Placing a café order online is quick an easy. Click the ‘Order Online’ button in the top right-hand corner of your screen (desktop) or in the mobile menu (mobile devices). Select the location where you wish to place your order and use the Toast platform to place your order for in-store pick-up.

Pick Your Location: We have two locations—choose the one that’s most convenient for you.
Schedule Your Pickup: Select a time that works best for you.
Customize Your Drink: Start by choosing a base (matcha, hojicha, or espresso), then select your preferred milk type and temperature (iced or hot).
Personalize Your Order: Add any extra customizations, but be sure to check out our signature drinks first—like the Lavender Matcha Latte!

Absolutely! Once you select your location, you’ll have the option to choose a pickup time that fits your schedule. Just be sure to place your order in advance to ensure it's ready when you arrive!

Yes, you can purchase a gift card to use for online or in-person café orders here. These gift cards can be used for drinks, snacks, and retail goods in any of our cafés and for tea ceremony services. Please note gift cards for our online shop are sold separately.
We offer two types of gift cards, and where you can use them depends on where they were purchased:
Online Store Gift Cards: These can only be used for purchases made through our online store. They’re perfect for gifting someone the opportunity to select their favorite teas and have them shipped or picked up in-store. However, they cannot be used for in-person purchases or online orders placed through Toast.
Toast Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased through Toast (our online ordering partner) can be used for online orders placed via Toast, as well as for in-person purchases at our cafés. However, they cannot be used in our online store.

Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to the same order. To purchase additional items, you may submit a new order. To edit an existing item, you may do so in store with a barista’s assistance.

Sorry, orders placed cannot be cancelled.

If the order you placed was unsuccessful, it is likely to be related to your credit card issuer. Please first check with your card issuer, and contact us for further assistance.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food and beverage products due to safety and quality reasons. Please double-check your order before confirming to ensure it’s exactly what you want.

Yes! For local pickup, select your location and choose a pickup time that works for you.
Please note, we require 24 hours’ notice for in-person pickups, but it may be available sooner depending on availability. We’ll notify you if your order is ready earlier! -

Once your order has been submitted and processed, you cannot add additional items to the same order. However, if your have not been processed, you may cancel your order before, and place a new order.

Delivery service is available for all online orders from the US, Canada and UK. Local pick-up options are available.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days while the delivery takes 1-3 working days.

Orders over $75 are free within the US. For orders less than $75, the delivery charge is $9 per order within the US. Delivery fee will be included at checkout (if applicable).
Orders over $175 are free for UK & Canada. For orders less than $175, the delivery fee is $35 per order. Delivery fee will be included at checkout (if applicable).
During free delivery promotion periods, the delivery fee will be shown as “0”.

One perfect size: All our drinks come in a single, thoughtfully crafted size. Our recipes are carefully balanced for the best flavor, so if you adjust your ice level, keep in mind it may affect the taste.

Tea Ceremonies & Workshops

To book a tea ceremony, visit our Ceremony tab on the website.
Select your desired date and time.
Input details such as the number of guests, any allergies, and tea preferences.
If you don’t have a specific tea preference, feel free to share your preferred drinks, such as red or white wine, pilsner, etc. We’ll tailor the experience to your tastes!
